Responsibilities
Provide support to Safety Team (documentation preparation, meeting support, scanning/photocopying services)
Coordinate 3rd party safety training
Maintain, file and update safety training records
Assist with filing of safety training records/documentation
Field support for OSHA posters, MSDS binders, clinic listings
Prepare and distribute Safety Training cards
Assist with Training Preparation - set up catering, copy/create training material
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Three (3) years of relevant prior work experience, construction safety support role is ideal
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. This position is not eligible for sponsorship
Comfortable with online programs, and verifiable experience with MS Office suite… (must have Excel)
