Responsibilities

Collaborate with analysts, ETL developers, and business stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions
Perform requirements analysis, design, documentation, and implementation of BI/reporting solutions
Develop, test, debug, and document PL/SQL and reporting code
Maintain and enhance reporting databases; troubleshoot and resolve defects
Conduct data analysis to support internal and external projects
Create specifications, test plans, and supporting technical documentation
Participate in unit testing, peer reviews, and quality assurance activities
Support production issues and ongoing system enhancements
Stay current with industry trends and best practices

Required

Must reside in Texas (100% remote)
U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
Must be able to pass a full background check
Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM CT
MicroStrategy - Intermediate to advanced level (core BI tool)
Oracle PL/SQL - Strong querying and development skills
Data Analysis - Ability to analyze, validate, and present data
3+ years of Oracle PL/SQL development
3+ years of MicroStrategy development
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Team-oriented and collaborative
Comfortable working on moderately scoped problems using established processes

Preferred

2+ years in a government contracting environment
Healthcare industry experience a plus, but not required
RDBMS platforms (Oracle, SQL Server preferred)
Microsoft Excel and Word
