Responsibilities
Collaborate with product creation teams on the genesis of new product concepts
Utilize research insights to elevate product development through new technologies or construction processes
Participate in innovation projects, turning concept ideation into reality
Assist in the preparation of reports and present results/new ideas at the department level

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2-4 years of directly relevant work experience
Alternatively, one of the following may be accepted: PhD or Law 1 yr; Master's 0-3 yrs; Associate's degree 1-3 yrs; High School 3-5 yrs
Experience in ideation and visioning for new product concepts
Proficiency in research skills and methodology
Experience in project management and working with multi-disciplinary teams
