Responsibilities

Conduct enterprise wide AI risk assessments, discover and map all AI/LLM/agentic deployments, identify data flows and threat surfaces
Define and enforce AI security policies and guardrails. Collaborate with engineering teams to design prompt-sanitization, data governance, authorization and redaction controls
Perform adversarial testing of AI systems. Simulate prompt-injection, jailbreaks, data poisoning, model evasion, leakage, and agent abuse across internal tools
Develop and deploy detection & runtime defenses. Integrate monitoring, anomaly detection, and response mechanisms into MLOps pipelines and production systems
Provide expert guidance on secure AI architecture. Advise developers and platform teams on secure LLM integration, least-privilege design, encryption, identity management, and auditability
Educate and evangelize AI safe practices. Lead training sessions, document policies, and act as a cybersecurity liaison on AI risk governance
Contribute to a culture of operational excellence and security-first thinking, balancing precision, speed, and simplicity in all aspects of your work

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or similar; 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role
5+ years experience in cybersecurity engineering, ideally within enterprise environments, with a deep understanding of risk management and SDLC/MLOps workflows
Deep understanding of AI policy, data privacy, and compliance
Solid programming skills in python, go etc. and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks like tensorflow or pytorch, plus security automation tools and infrastructure as code (cloud, container, identity)
Ability to balance multiple priorities at a given time
Must be team oriented and have a customer first mindset

Preferred

Familiarity with AI security frameworks like OWASP top 10 for LLM, NIST AI Risk Management Framework, MITRE ATLAS (Adversarial Threat Landscape for AI Systems)
Experience establishing runtime AI monitoring or anomaly detection systems, e.g. log and analysis or behavioral telemetry for AI usage
Strong background in identity and access management for AI agents
Hands-on experience with secure MLOps/CI-CD pipelines, secure containerization and infrastructure as cloud in AWS
