Manage office operations and support multiple departments
Prepare financial statements and process transactions
Oversee inventory and perform reconciliations
Handle accounting entries: general ledger, journal entries, schedules, debits/credits
Perform clerical tasks: data entry, filing, phones, mail
Deliver excellent customer service
Qualification
Required
Professional in demeanor and appearance
A fast learner who thrives on multitasking
Dependable, accurate, and detail-oriented
Manage office operations and support multiple departments
Prepare financial statements and process transactions
Oversee inventory and perform reconciliations
Handle accounting entries: general ledger, journal entries, schedules, debits/credits
Perform clerical tasks: data entry, filing, phones, mail
Deliver excellent customer service
Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook
Typing and 10-key proficiency
Office equipment: copiers, fax, scanners
Preferred
DMS experience (Reynolds & Reynolds ERA preferred)
DMV and dealership knowledge strongly preferred
