Deal Strategy Analyst

The Deal Strategy Analyst supports process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and performance across the sales organization, managing the full lifecycle of client contracts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insights and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Execute repeatable tasks as assigned in an established cadence
Analyze existing operational processes to identify areas for improvement, streamline workflows, and enhance efficiency
Use data-driven insights to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization
Develop and implement performance metrics to measure productivity and track progress
Responsible for maintaining and optimizing business systems by adding, removing, and updating configurations to ensure accuracy, functionality, and peak performance across platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth by identifying opportunities for process enhancements
Regularly communicate findings and recommendations to management at all levels
Perform ad hoc analysis to inform key decisions and drive continuous improvement
Research financial and operational data to provide supporting information or documentation for Sales Leadership

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Strong PC skills, including proficiency using MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Word, Web Browsers
Able to prioritize and simultaneously manage several projects/initiatives (small and large in scope) and potentially oversee a program
Divergent thinker – displays a growth mindset
Strong analytical abilities to dissect processes and identify improvement area
Strong ability to collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams

Preferred

3+ years of relevant professional experience and CPG industry knowledge and experience preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce
