Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to the Co-Founder & Director of Research and an additional senior executive
Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones, ensuring priorities run smoothly
Coordinate meetings, calls, and logistics, both virtual and in-person
Oversee domestic and international travel planning
Support day-to-day office operations and provide general assistance to the onsite team as needed
Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (including finance) on expenses, documentation, and workflow processes
Assist with investor-related coordination, research support, offsites, and firm events
Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while handling all matters with discretion and care
Qualification
Required
Have 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives (finance, investment, or startup experience a plus)
Are highly proficient with Outlook, Zoom, and modern office technology
Are extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Operate with the highest level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality
Are proactive, solutions-oriented, and always thinking ahead
Enjoy working on a small, driven team and contributing meaningfully to a growing firm
