Research accounts and identify relevant decision-makers
Start professional, value-driven conversations with prospects
Qualify interest and schedule meetings for sales teams
Follow a defined sales process with daily activity goals
Participate in coaching, call reviews, and skill development
Track outreach and performance using modern sales tools (CRM, sales platforms)
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be located in Florida - W2 ROLE
Comfortable starting conversations and making outbound calls
Communicate clearly and professionally
Coachable and open to feedback
Can stay consistent and organized in a metrics-driven role
Motivated by learning, growth, and performance-based compensation
Preferred
Previous sales or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required
