2+ years expLHH is a growing private family office seeking a Tax Staff or Senior Accountant to support high-net-worth individual, trust, and partnership tax work. This hybrid role involves preparing and reviewing complex federal and state tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax deadlines.

Responsibilities
Prepare and (if senior-level) review complex federal and state tax returns
Ensure timely compliance with all tax deadlines
Private Foundations and gift tax required
Respond to tax notices and requests from tax authorities
Gather necessary tax information from clients and internal teams
Research and resolve technical tax issues
Assist with administrative tax tasks and client correspondence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
Staff: 2–3 years of public accounting experience
Senior: 4+ years of public accounting experience
Experience with complex/private equity K‑1s
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with tax and productivity software or ability to learn quickly
Preferred
Master's or CPA preferred
