Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day account management for our P&C Insurance partners
Understand partner objectives and ROI targets and perform all required analysis, using statistically significant data, to recommend campaign optimizations to internal team members and directly to partners
Assist in the prioritization of account management activities and initiatives through a thorough understanding of the partner’s needs and the company’s account management priorities and best practices
Proactively identify problem areas or opportunities through open-ended account review and open-ended data analysis. Compile, analyze and interpret performance data to optimize advertiser campaigns. Resolve partner issues efficiently and proactively
Provide support for all new product initiatives and recommend new platform features based on advertiser feedback and internal requirements
Build significant client relationships
Assist in the creation of performance review presentations to partners, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with team members based in different time zones across the U.S

Required

2-3+ years of work experience in dealing with large accounts or client management in online advertising
Demonstrated experience with programmatic advertising platforms
Strong client-service orientation within performance marketing
Capacity to think critically and creatively to synthesize large data sets
Strong Excel proficiency (pivot tables, vlookups, data manipulation)
Ability to utilize industry knowledge and insights gained across multiple clients to inform account management strategy and priorities and recommendations to clients
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic start-up environment
Strong knowledge of relevant industry KPIs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter who can take initiative
Obsessive attention to detail
Eagerness to learn, drive to improve, and a willingness to make mistakes
Ability to articulate and communicate clearly, concisely, and thoughtfully, particularly with written communications across various teams and time zones

Preferred

Knowledge of the Insurance vertical and the Insurance ecosystem preferred
