Responsibilities
Assist in financial data analysis
Assess loan applications
Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations
Conduct market research
Underwrite loan opportunities
Maintain and utilize the company’s proprietary database
Foster relationships across departments to support successful loan origination and servicing
Qualification
Required
Strong financial analysis, underwriting, and data interpretation skills
Experience with market research, data collection, and handling proprietary databases
Proficiency in creating financial reports, presentations, and detailed documentation
Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; knowledge of financial modeling software is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
Prior experience in commercial real estate financing or lending is advantageous
