Quality Expeditor - 1st Shift (Onsite)

Responsibilities

Assist the quality department as an expediter for various department duties
Perform the process of returning parts to the customer and scraping parts locally after they are deemed non-repairable by engineering
Create Purchase Orders for various parts to be sent out to external suppliers for cleaning
Follow standard work to perform necessary functions within SAP, Solumina, and Excel
Complete transactions within SAP to close parts out and print out return tags as required
Communicate all return and outside processing transactions by email with Shipping and Customer Service departments
Move parts to various departments across the site as needed for inspection
Perform other duties as required or assigned

Qualification

Required

HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US)
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Must be able to wear/use the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment
Mental requirements include, but are not limited to, the ability to concentrate, take initiative, and to cope with stress, and repetitive tasks and be able to self-inspect and take responsibility for quality of own work
