Responsibilities
Own end-to-end month-end close execution and governance across multiple sites and entities
Lead reporting readiness, balance sheet reconciliations, and close controls
Partner with AP and AR leaders to ensure upstream accuracy supports clean reporting
Build and enforce standard operating procedures, documentation, and control frameworks
Drive integration and close alignment for newly acquired entities
Lead and develop a team of managers and senior accountants in a shared services structure
Qualification
Required
CPA required
Multi-location and multi-entity accounting experience is required
Proven people leadership, including managing managers
Preferred
Shared services experience strongly preferred (R2R, close ops, centralized accounting)
Large-company experience preferred ($500M+; $1B+ ideal)
M&A integration experience is a strong plus
