Responsibilities
Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
Support the accounting team with daily administrative tasks
Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
associate degree in accounting or related field preferred
