Responsibilities
Create, update, and maintain 3D models for civil construction projects using Civil 3D
Collaborate with project teams, including engineers, project managers, and designers, to interpret design specifications and translate them into precise 3D models
Utilize AutoCAD to develop detailed engineering drawings and documentation as required
Work with Bluebeam for design review, markups, and project coordination
Integrate models with Overland for earthworks, grading, and terrain modeling
Ensure models comply with project specifications, industry standards, and company requirements
Assist in creating visual simulations and presentations for internal and client use
Provide technical support and expertise to project teams related to 3D modeling and design workflows
Conduct quality checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of models
Stay up-to-date with the latest software tools and industry trends in 3D modeling and civil engineering
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Civil 3D, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Overland is a bonus
3+ years of experience in 3D modeling within the civil engineering or construction industry
Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent work experience will be considered
