They are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to work directly with the CEO, design the technical vision, and lead a small team in developing an AI-powered manufacturing platform.

Responsibilities
Work side-by-side with the CEO to shape technical strategy and product roadmap
Collaborate with users, product, and design to build software that scales
Develop and maintain features across the full stack
Write clean, tested, and well-documented code
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Collaborate with the team on architecture decisions
Improve test coverage and code quality
Debug and resolve production issues
Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements
Qualification
Required
7+ years of professional software engineering experience with Python
3+ years of hands-on experience with React / Next.js and TypeScript
Strong experience with Python, Django, and REST APIs
Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL or RDBMS database
Experience deploying and operating Dockerized systems
Proven ability to own features end-to-end in production
Preferred
Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures
Background in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or similar domains
Experience with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js)
AWS services experience (EC2, S3, IAM)
Familiarity with Playwright or similar E2E testing frameworks
Experience with Redis caching strategies
