2+ years expControl Panels USA is seeking Assembly Technicians to join our growing team. Assembly Technicians will be laying out, assembling and wiring electrical control panels and relay racks.

Responsibilities
Assembling parts and components using hand and power tools
Cut and connect cables and/or wires to panels
Label wires and components as well as install tags and associated labels on the panel boxes
Install company name plates and any identification labels and/or tags
Measure parts to determine tolerances, using measuring instruments
Aid with inspecting, testing, point to point, adjusting and correcting issues found in testing to ensure units meet specifications, tolerances and customer requirements
Study and learn to read schematics in order to diagnose issues with drawings and functionality of the panels
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma / GED
2+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience
Attentive to details
Produces high quality workmanship
Efficient, loyal, courteous, respectful, positive attitude
Great communication skills
Successful completion of background check
Preferred
Knowledge of electrical theory and/or electrical assembly is a plus, but we can teach this
The ability to read schematics is a plus, but we can teach this
