2+ years expCloudHQ, LLC is a growing organization focused on providing flexible and efficient data center solutions. They are seeking two Accounts Payable Specialists to ensure accurate accounting procedures are followed, manage purchase orders, invoices, and resolve discrepancies.
Data Center
Responsibilities
Ensure that purchase orders, invoices and expense reports are properly reviewed, approved, and processed in a timely manner
Research and resolve any discrepancies that could impact payments or general ledger
Review contracts, maintain certificates of insurance (COI) for vendors and tenants, and process year-end 1099s
Get involved in other accounting projects as you grow
Qualification
Required
A High School Diploma or equivalent
A minimum of two (2) years of Accounts Payable experience
Proven technical skills with MS Office applications, with specific proficiency in Excel
Excellent analytical, technical, and organizational skills
Excellent work ethic and desire to 'do what it takes to get it done right the first time.'
Ability to multi-task and be self-motivated
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Professional experience in the real estate industry
Experience with Yardi or similar software is highly preferred
