Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Recruiter to partner with hiring managers in recruiting qualified Ambulatory Nursing candidates. The role involves executing local recruiting plans, employing traditional and creative sourcing strategies, and ensuring the hiring of top talent.

Responsibilities

Hiring Practice Management. Identify staffing needs; fill staff level positions across the system; lead the creation of a recruiting and interview plan for each open position; develop a pool of qualified candidates and maintain all pertinent applicant data in the applicant tracking system
External Marketing. Create and/or modify job descriptions; build/utilize social and professional networks to identify and source candidates; post openings in forms of advertisements and other appropriate channels; aid public relations in establishing a recognizable 'employer of choice' reputation for the company, both internally and externally
Research & Evaluation. Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation; research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting; research new ways of using online recruitment

Required

One year of relevant experience

Preferred

Prior nurse recruitment experience
Background filling hard to fill roles
Experience with Workday ATS
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
Strong client relations and candidate management
Previous experience with full life-cycle Recruitment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Energetic, passionate individual with ability to sell the organization
