They are seeking a Real Estate Manager to oversee retail real estate initiatives, manage construction projects, and support new store openings across the country.

Responsibilities
You’ll manage the full lifecycle of retail real estate development projects, partnering closely with internal teams and external stakeholders
Manage end-to-end delivery of retail real estate projects including new store openings, tenant improvements (TIs), and remodels
Oversee multiple retail construction projects simultaneously across different markets
Develop, track, and report on project schedules, timelines, and milestones
Review and manage construction documents, plans, and specifications for compliance with brand standards and lease requirements
Serve as the primary point of contact between landlords, brokers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
Collaborate cross-functionally with Real Estate, Store Operations, Facilities, Finance, and Legal
Provide regular project status updates to leadership and key stakeholders
Lead punch walks, turnover, and project closeout documentation
Aid store openings and ensure smooth transition to Operations and Facilities
Travel to project sites as needed to assist in builds and inspections
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience in retail real estate, tenant improvements, and new store development
Ability to manage the full lifecycle of retail real estate development projects
Experience managing end-to-end delivery of retail real estate projects including new store openings, tenant improvements (TIs), and remodels
Ability to oversee multiple retail construction projects simultaneously across different markets
Experience developing, tracking, and reporting on project schedules, timelines, and milestones
Ability to review and manage construction documents, plans, and specifications for compliance with brand standards and lease requirements
Experience serving as the primary point of contact between landlords, brokers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Real Estate, Store Operations, Facilities, Finance, and Legal
Experience providing regular project status updates to leadership and key stakeholders
Ability to lead punch walks, turnover, and project closeout documentation
Experience aiding store openings and ensuring smooth transition to Operations and Facilities
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed to assist in builds and inspections
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in real estate, construction management, finance, business administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience in retail real estate, store development, construction project management, or tenant improvements
Direct experience working on retail real estate deals, including landlord coordination and buildouts
Experience supporting new store openings in a multi-unit retail environment
Strong understanding of retail leases, construction timelines, and TI processes
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple projects concurrently
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with landlords, vendors, and internal partners
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working remotely while overseeing a geographically dispersed retail portfolio
Experience with real estate or construction management software is a plus
