Responsibilities
Creating innovative and functional designs for residential interior spaces
Space planning
Developing construction drawings
Selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment)
Collaborating with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure design concepts meet project requirements
Managing timelines and budgets
Using design software and tools to create layouts
Providing creative solutions to meet client needs and enhance project outcomes
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design for residential projects
Proficiency in creating detailed Construction Drawings and collaborative work with Architecture professionals
Experience in selecting and specifying FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment)
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
Ability to work autonomously and effectively collaborate with team members and clients
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
Preferred
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus
