Qualification
Required
Minimum 7 years experience in creating or supporting new missiles/weapons programs, including requirements definition and acquisition strategies
Prior experience working with US Army program offices / customers. Deep understanding of US Army customer community, requirements process, and operational needs
Prior acquisition or operational experience with missile systems across across surface fires, air launched effects, and the air defense domains, across a variety of roles and missions
Excellent writing, communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives and customers
Ability to travel 50% – 75% required
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
Preferred
Experience shaping and leading capture efforts in the defense industry
High ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial, and creative environment
Builder who is adaptive and who can lead new and innovative approaches to market
Prior experience working with technical partners / engineering teams
STEM background
Comfortable with working in limited resource environments
Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
