Pro Talent Solutions is a multi-entity organization seeking a Director of Tax Strategy to lead tax planning, structuring, and advisory across a complex portfolio of entities. This role will serve as the internal tax subject matter expert, partnering closely with leadership and external tax advisors on corporate and personal tax strategy.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Lead tax strategy and planning across 100+ entities with complex ownership and transaction structures
Serve as primary liaison with external tax accounting firms and advisors
Review and oversee all corporate and personal tax returns for accuracy, optimization, and compliance
Advise on entity structuring, intercompany transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, and restructurings
Develop and implement tax savings strategies for the business and ownership
Partner with CFO and leadership on transaction modeling and tax impact analysis
Monitor federal, state, and local tax law changes and assess implications for the organization
Provide guidance on owner-level tax planning, investments, and structuring
Establish internal processes and controls around tax documentation and filings

Required

Significant experience in corporate tax strategy, structuring, and planning
Strong understanding of multi-entity and pass-through structures
Experience working with external tax firms and reviewing complex tax filings
Ability to advise senior leadership and ownership on tax and structuring decisions
Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate tax concepts into business strategy

Preferred

CPA, JD, or MST strongly preferred
