Responsibilities
Read and interpret plans; perform on-screen takeoffs
Create project budgets and prepare proposals for customers
Manage active projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
Schedule job-site visits with the Production Team
Prepare takeoff sheets, determine pricing, and create estimates for specialty projects
Extract plan details as requested
Respond to customer and internal team inquiries via phone and email
Perform additional office duties, tasks, and special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented, strategic, and highly organized
Ability to read and interpret plans
Ability to perform on-screen takeoffs
Ability to create project budgets and prepare proposals for customers
Ability to manage active projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
Ability to schedule job-site visits with the Production Team
Ability to prepare takeoff sheets, determine pricing, and create estimates for specialty projects
Ability to extract plan details as requested
Ability to respond to customer and internal team inquiries via phone and email
Ability to perform additional office duties, tasks, and special projects as assigned
Candidate must be authorized to work in the US without restrictions
Preferred
Experience with AutoCAD and Bluebeam
Strong communication skills and ability to excel in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Prior HVAC or mechanical construction experience
