Digital Field Manager - eComm
Toyota North America is a leading automotive company focused on innovative solutions to enhance mobility. They are seeking a Regional Digital Field Manager to support vehicle sales and enhance dealership digital retailing strategies while ensuring effective eLead processes.

Responsibilities
Accurately analyze and assess dealership operations through sales and service process management to guide dealership management in supporting sales and fixed operations
Assess dealership CRM, Website, Fixed Operations, Social and Lead Management systems to ensure the attainment of eCommerce goals and strategies
Maintain ongoing communication/collaboration with all Field Travelers (Sales / Service / Parts) to ensure that all common action plans and goals are pursued and reviewed with dealership personnel
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree (or higher) or equivalent experience
Knowledge and understanding of overall dealership operations
Strong Presentation Planning and organizational skills
Ability and willing to travel 75% of the time
Preferred
Automotive field experience (DM and DSPM)
Experience in Dealer Sales and Services Training
