Responsibilities
Lead the paid advertising strategy, management, and reporting for our client's customers
Develop and implement paid media best practices and SOP's that are consistent and scalable across a growing team
Conduct and present client audits of paid media and paid social accounts, with ability to communicate findings and next steps to a variety of stakeholders
Facilitate effective client-onboarding processes to integrate new business, including staff utilization and organizational planning when necessary
Play an active role in growing and retaining existing paid media client relationships, participating in new business pitches and existing client retention plans
Qualification
Required
5+ Years experience managing paid media, search, display and social, primarily in Google, Bing, Private Marketplace, and LinkedIn platforms
3+ Years experience managing paid media client relationships with strong written and verbal communication
Ability to take a data-led approach to campaign strategy with hands on experience in tactical execution - setting up, launching, optimizing, and reporting on multi-channel campaigns
Analytical type providing insights and recommendations for campaign improvement
Experience delivering results and recommendations to clients via weekly check-ins, quarterly business reviews and daily communication
Proven history of improving paid media processes, including training and oversight of new hires, peers and direct reports
Skill to ensure optimal allocation of budgets across platforms and campaigns to maximize ROI
Work with content creators, SEO specialists, and account managers to ensure cohesive campaign execution
Ability to maintain a positive attitude within a sometimes challenging, high-growth environment
Must Have Expert Level Experience With: Google Ads Platform
Must Have Expert Level Experience With: LinkedIn Ads Platform
Preferred
Agency experience is a major plus; the ability to manage several accounts/projects simultaneously is a must have for this position
