Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble piping systems according to specifications and blueprints
Create precise fittings for various applications
Inspect fiberglass pipes for any defects, ensure that fittings are fitting to specifications
Conduct inspections of installed piping systems to ensure compliance with safety standards
Utilize tools such as calipers to measure and fitting pipes accurately
Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to complete projects efficiently

Required

5+ years' experience with bonding, repairing and fabrication of fiberglass piping material
Proven experience as a Fiberglass Pipe Technician or in a similar role within the construction industry
Strong knowledge of pipe fabrication techniques, including working with fiberglass and threading
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices on construction sites
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks effectively
Acceptable Driving record according to company guidelines
High School Diploma

Preferred

Certification or relevant training in pipefitting
