The General Manager – HR, Operations & Office Management will lead HR operations across the US and Canada, manage employee relations, oversee payroll and compliance, and supervise HR staff to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Lead US & Canada HR operations including policies, org charts, KRAs/KPIs, HRMS updates, and global HR coordination
Manage employee relations, engagement, surveys, training, and recognition programs
Oversee full employee lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, compliance, and exits
Respond to employee HR/Payroll/Finance queries
Oversee payroll accuracy (PTO, Benefits, Hires and Attrition)
Manage annual benefits renewal and benefits enrollment/exit
Handle EEOC, ACA, immigration support, and legal HR matters
Lead internal and external audits: 401k, UIA, MSP/Customer Audits, A/P, Benefits, Work Comp, CMMI/ISO/Eco/Diversity
Oversee office facilities, supplies, shipments, vendors and administrative tasks
Manage HR@ mailbox/JIRA tickets and ensure timely resolution
Support finance with audits, check processing, scanning, deposits, and mail
Partner with Sales/Finance on proposals, SOWs, contracts, rate changes, and app upgrades
Supervise HR Manager & HR Generalists; ensure accurate, compliant, and consistent HR operations
Drive process improvements, new HR strategies, and operational excellence
Qualification
Required
10+ years in HR/Operations with leadership experience
Strong knowledge of HR compliance, audits, payroll, and benefits
Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills
Experience in multi location/global HR environments is a plus
Excellent organisation skills and multitasking
Preferred
Global experience preferred
HR certification, Degree highly preferred
