Responsibilities

Create and deliver training sessions for Amazon Global Logistics teams, covering sales strategies, customer engagement, and internal tools for both new and experienced employees
Develop engaging training materials using various methods including live sessions and eLearning resources to accommodate different learning styles
Identify key obstacles that prevent sales teams from achieving their goals and address these challenges through targeted training programs
Collaborate with AGL team members to establish initiatives, tools, and support materials including online guides, reference documents, and e-learning content
Partner with diverse stakeholders including Sales Leadership, Sellers, and Sales Operations to gather insights and drive training effectiveness
Establish measurable targets for training and onboarding that align with sales objectives, monitor program effectiveness through data analysis, and adjust based on performance metrics

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 4+ years of relevant field experience
2+ years of using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool experience
3+ years of owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
2+ years of using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze large sets of data experience
Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
Experience managing training programs

Preferred

Experience in leadership roles in sales operations, sales strategy, finance, business development, or other related fields
5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership
Experience working in international cross-functional teams
Experience working in high-growth technology companies
Knowledge of international logistics or supply chain operations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
