Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end deployment and configuration of Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) and Catalyst switches
Manage provisioning, assurance, and maintenance tasks within Cisco DNAC platform
Implement and troubleshoot Software Defined Access (SDA) components, including LISP, micro-segmentation, and DNAC/ISE integration
Design, deploy, and support Catalyst 9000 series switches, such as 9200-CX, 9300, 9500, and 9600 models
Configure and troubleshoot IPv4/IPv6 routing protocols including BGP, IS-IS, and OSPF
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve network issues promptly and efficiently
Document network configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures accurately
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cisco networking products and solutions to inform best practices
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Support ongoing network optimization efforts to improve scalability and security
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience with Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) provisioning and operations
Proven expertise with Catalyst 9000 switch family deployment and troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of IPv4 and IPv6 routing protocols, particularly BGP, IS-IS, and OSPF
Experience with Software Defined Access (SDA), LISP, and DNAC/ISE integration
Ability to troubleshoot complex network environments and implement solutions efficiently
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Availability to work onsite in a collaborative environment
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future
Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and process changes
Preferred
Relevant Cisco certifications are preferred but not mandatory
