Tiger Lily is a company seeking an experienced Admin Assistant/Event Coordinator to support a busy CEO. The role involves planning and executing events, along with performing various administrative duties to ensure smooth operations and excellent client service.

Responsibilities
Work with clients to plan, propose, and book events in a timely manner
Coordinate event execution to include transportation, setup, and breakdown of florals, arches, props, and other hard good rentals at event venues
Perform a range of administrative duties, including phone and e-mail management, report preparation, and VIP and Corporate correspondents
Provide excellent customer service and build positive client relationships
Qualification
Required
Experience with event logistics, timelines, and coordination in a very fast paced environment
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, event planners, and other vendors
Ability to adapt to unexpected changes and find creative solutions in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates ability to identify problems, analyze situations, generate solutions, and implement effective strategies
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), PDF docs, SharePoint, and One-drive
Available weekends
Preferred
Experience with digital marketing, photo, and proposal software a plus
