Responsibilities
Analyze complex datasets to uncover actionable insights
Design and maintain key metrics for ecosystem health and growth
Develop and execute experiments for new features and strategies
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deliver insights
Build dashboards/reports for technical and non-technical audiences
Respond quickly to urgent business questions with high-quality analysis
Qualification
Required
5+ years data science experience (SQL, Python/R)
Strong analytical & modeling skills
Skilled in data visualization
Excellent communicator & collaborator
Experience with large-scale datasets
Able to work independently, fast-paced environment
Products analysis experience
Advanced Data Analysis & Modeling: Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, R, etc.)
Data Visualization: Experience with tools like Tableau, Unidash or Other
Communication & Collaboration: Ability to present complex findings clearly and work cross-functionally
Preferred
Large-Scale Data Experience: Prior work with big data in tech/platform ecosystems
Experimentation & Causal Inference: Knowledge of experiment design and causal analysis
