Responsibilities
Gathers basic reliability data from field studies or database and correlates the data for analysis
Performs root cause failure analysis to help prevent failures
Develop Preventative Maintenance Action Plan on Weekly Basis
Considers impact of costs on recommended action plans for avoiding/correcting problems during the design phase or remedial action for correcting reliability problems on installed equipment
Collaborates with vendors, contractors and OEM representatives for specialized repairs and equipment modifications
Identify and support opportunities for process improvement, energy efficiency, and equipment upgrades
Develop, support and implement condition-based strategies, including vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasonic inspection and oil analysis to proactively identify potential equipment failures
Work with Maintenance Team to Plan and Schedule Resources for Preventative Maintenance Work
Develop and Maintain Predictive Analytics to monitor and prevent equipment failures
Ownership of Asset Management and Preventative Maintenance Tasks in CMMS
Prepare maintenance work plans and maintains daily work schedules for effective production and maintenance outcomes
Create, maintain, and schedule standard work plans
Monitor, maintain, and communicate planned work order backlog to Leadership
Make recommendations to Leadership to reduce critical downtime issues
Ownership of the collection, organization, and maintenance of all equipment drawings, manuals, schematics, and technical documentation, ensuring these are gathered from OEMs prior to equipment commissioning and kept up to date throughout the asset’s lifecycle
Uphold and participate in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy and MMAD volunteering opportunities

Qualification
Required
All applicants must hold a B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering
2+ years' experience
Experience using CMMS for maintenance tracking and reporting
Preferred
Experience in the food and beverage industry
