Responsibilities
Provide support to analysts according to Smart Model policies to clarify potential critical cases
Prepare more complex reports based on daily processing to control metrics in their respective units
Execute escalation processes for each business unit with its respective country of responsibility for proper follow-up and prompt payment
Carry out more complex customer service tasks, resolving cases, escalations, and urgent situations that arise directly with the people in each country of responsibility to comply with BOSS Rule #1
Escalate general problems occurring in the systems for prompt resolution by the IT department
Participate in control meetings with the country corresponding to each business unit, for improved quality of service
Prepare the monthly KPIs report for review by the Continuous Improvement Department to verify compliance with goals in each business unit
Verify compliance with KPIs and SLAs to provide visibility into process results and promote continuous improvement
Provide support for audits, complaint lists, open VOCs, and A3 resolution for a more efficient and accurate process
Administer and manage daily controls to monitor the units under your responsibility
Coordinate the teams in each unit to meet the metrics established in each department
Comply with any other management requirements for the area
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
Yellow Belt
Previous experience in Accounts Payable
1 years of progressive business, operations, finance, or analytical experience
Experience leading others
Experience leveraging various tools/technology to implement processes and systems
Experience working with or in a shared service environment
SAP, Office 365, UI Path
B2 or B2+ - Advanced
