Responsibilities
Serve as the day-to-day operating partner to the Head of Investor Relations, providing executional leverage across planning, prioritization, and follow-through
Design, implement, and institutionalize scalable IR systems and processes, including reporting cadences, diligence workflows, data ownership, and documentation standards
Work closely with the Chief Data Officer to advance data integration and automation initiatives that improve IR reporting efficiency, data quality, and scalability
Identify operational bottlenecks within the IR function and proactively implement solutions that scale with the firm
Act as a central point of coordination across Investor Relations, Investment, Finance, Legal, Asset Management, and Operations during periods of peak activity
Own the quality, accuracy, and coherence of all investor-facing materials, partnering with Finance, Investment, and Asset Management teams
Serve as a senior point of contact for select investor relationships, ensuring a high standard of responsiveness and professionalism
Participate in investor calls, representing the firm with confidence and fluency
Lead the development and customization of investor materials across fundraising and ongoing engagement
Apply a strong understanding of private credit fundamentals to investor communications
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or a related discipline
8–12+ years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, marketing, or related roles within private credit, private equity, or alternative asset management
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with CRM systems, investor reporting tools, and third-party data providers such as Preqin and PitchBook
Demonstrated experience working with data and technology partners to modernize reporting and improve operational efficiency
