Program Analyst

JRC Integrated Systems is focused on delivering mission-critical solutions for the Department of Defense and other government agencies. They are seeking a Program Analyst to support the Strategic Systems Programs Technical Division by managing workflows, tracking program management, and facilitating communication among stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Execute coordination efforts between the Branch Head, Branch Sections, Section Teams, and industry partners, develop program updates, and reporting materials
Coordinate section workflows, programmatic management and scheduling, assessing interdependencies and managing project schedules
Assist in creating, reviewing, and editing instructions, meeting minutes, memoranda, formal letters, program briefings, and other documentation
Gain a robust knowledge of our cultures and practices and lead coordination for high-level events for the section and industry partners
Create internal program status reports on behalf of the branch
Ensure presentation excellence: Review PowerPoint decks for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with SSP branding standards

Required

A bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited university
10+ years of experience in project management, programmatic development, and administrative excellence
An active DoD Secret clearance, or a previously active clearance held within the past two years and still in good standing
Demonstrated experience with the MS Office Suite (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word), and strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to travel up to 25%
Possess strong leadership, critical thinking, strategic planning and project planning, research and analysis capabilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate among multi-contractor teams
Be able to work within a team environment with little direction
Establish, understand and mitigate Program Risks both technical and budgetary

Preferred

Direct experience with any of the programs within the SP20122 Section purview
Knowledge of Strategic Systems Programs and related technical terminology and processes
Strategic Weapons System operational experience
