Responsibilities
Engage with inbound leads through phone, email, and text to educate them on available properties
Set appointments for property tours at our Fruitland office on Saturdays
Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and match them with the best property options
Take clients out on property tours
Effectively manage a sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and communication
Use CRM and marketing tools to track client interactions and optimize sales efforts
Achieve and exceed productivity and revenue goals in a fast-paced, high-earning-potential environment
Qualification
Required
A Utah Real Estate License is required for this position
Self-motivated & goal-driven—you take initiative and push for success
Tech-savvy—comfortable using CRM systems and sales/marketing tools
Exceptional customer service skills—you build trust and guide clients through the process
Passion for outdoor recreation—hunting, fishing, camping, boating, horseback riding, etc
Determined problem solver—you seek answers and solutions for clients with confidence
Reliable transportation—you must be able to commute to Fruitland on Saturdays for land tours
Preferred
Bilingual is a plus!
