APR Consulting is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Delivery Manager for an electric utility client focused on Continuous Technology Modernization Simplification (CTMS). The role involves overseeing planning and execution of modernization initiatives, coordinating technical and business teams, and ensuring alignment with the client's objectives.

Responsibilities

Facilitating due?diligence and design sessions, managing risks and dependencies, reviewing and approving solution documentation, coordinating vendors and MSPs, and ensuring milestones are met

The role also requires maintaining clear communications across stakeholders, ensuring issues and opportunities are escalated appropriately, supporting business?case development, and enabling consistent governance and delivery practices across CTMS activities to keep all work streams synchronized and moving toward execution readiness

Required

Strong expertise in end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, risk management, and governance

Demonstrated ability to manage multi-domain modernization efforts (application rationalization, cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, decommissioning, platform consolidation)

Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, product managers, and SMEs

Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, capable of translating technical detail into business-ready language

Proven vendor and MSP management experience, including SOW execution and milestone-based performance oversight

Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple simultaneous initiatives

Strong leadership presence with the ability

Preferred

PMP

Agile delivery credentials, such as PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, or Leading SAFe

Cloud certifications (Azure / AWS) helpful for evaluating and coordinating modernization and platform work
