Qualification

Required

Lead the end‑to‑end design of complex, high‑speed printed circuit boards and platform subsystems
Own schematic and constraints for high‑speed interfaces (e.g., PCIe, DDR, USB, Ethernet/SerDes)
Drive layout and SI/PI closure
Lead bring‑up and validation through production release
Deep collaboration with SI/PI, packaging, thermal/mechanical, firmware, and validation teams
Technical leadership expected of SMTS to mentor peers and influence cross‑functional outcomes
Collaborative and detail‑oriented engineering professional
Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
Experience building and maintaining automated test infrastructure
Deploying lab‑based test farms
Mentoring junior engineers in effective test execution
Comfortable exploring new QA methodologies
Identifying opportunities for automation
Reviewing test scripts to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with feature implementations
Confidently reviews test case content with development teams
Supports code and change‑list reviews when needed
Guides exploratory session testing for emerging features
Thrives in cross‑functional environments
Collaborates effectively with silicon design engineering teams to deliver high‑quality, reliable outcomes

Experience in Xilinx FPGA and tools
