Responsibilities
Lead the annual budgeting process and coordinate with department managers and the Operations Director
Review and approve monthly and annual financial reports for the Board of Directors
Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, transfers, purchases, and reimbursements
Manage financial risks and perform financial analysis to support strategic decisions
Coordinate audits and donor/grant reporting
Supervise and develop the Finance Specialist
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of progressive financial management experience, preferably in nonprofits
Experience with grants, restricted funds, and reporting to donors
Experience working with Boards and Finance Committees
Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, risk management, financial reporting, accounting/payroll systems (e.g., ADP), and advanced Excel
Bilingual: English and Spanish (B2-C1)
Preferred
Master's or Doctorate in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Experience with Arize is a plus
