SII Group USA is looking for an experienced Power Platform / SharePoint Consultant to design and deliver a modern, scalable Microsoft-based web application that replaces Excel and PowerPoint-driven processes with a centralized, automated solution. You’ll work closely with business and IT stakeholders to build intuitive, secure, and AI-enabled applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Generative AI / Copilot capabilities.

Responsibilities

Design scalable SharePoint Online architectures (lists, libraries, metadata, permissions)

Build Power Apps for data entry, portfolio views, and executive-ready summaries

Create Power Automate workflows for approvals, notifications, and document automation

Migrate data from Excel / PowerPoint into structured SharePoint solutions

Leverage Generative AI / Microsoft Copilot to enhance search, summarization, and insights

Collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and iterate on user feedback

Document solutions and support knowledge transfer

Required

Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)

Solid expertise in SharePoint Online (data modeling, permissions, metadata)

Proven experience building SharePoint-centric business applications

Experience with data migration from Excel / PowerPoint

Good understanding of Generative AI and Microsoft Copilot concepts

Comfortable working in a consulting environment with business users

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or Azure OpenAI

Power BI dashboarding

Experience with enterprise collaboration or knowledge management tools

Basic integration experience (APIs, JSON)
