Oversee and enhance manufacturing processes
Support the development of mechanical and industrial engineering solutions
Lead process improvement initiatives
Implementing and optimizing all manufacturing operations
Ensuring product quality
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and sustain efficient production systems
Qualification
Required
In-depth knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and proficiency in Mechanical Engineering techniques
Provide daily technical support to production, troubleshoot equipment and process failures
Implement new products to production from design to manufacture
Proficient in SolidWorks, MS office and ERP systems
Strong problem solving skills, developing jigs/fixturing and attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and communicate technical concepts clearly
Create, update SOP's and in-process routings
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
