Responsibilities

Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified franchise prospects through outbound outreach, inbound leads, brokers, events, and conferences
Deliver clear, compelling virtual and in-person presentations that communicate the Museum of Illusions brand, unit economics, and franchise support model
Lead candidates through all stages of the discovery, approval, and contracting process, coordinating closely with legal, finance, and operations teams
Evaluate franchise markets, territories, and candidates using data, financial analysis, and local market insight to determine strategic franchise awards
Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and performance reporting to support growth targets and decision-making
Ensure compliance with all franchising, regulatory, and disclosure requirements across markets

Required

7+ years of experience in consultative B2B sales or franchise development, with a demonstrated history of exceeding revenue or unit growth targets
Strong knowledge of franchise models, including recruitment, qualification, and foundational legal and compliance principles
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills, with experience selling to senior executives, investors, and multi-unit operators
Strong commercial judgment with the ability to evaluate operator quality, financial readiness, and market potential
Self-directed, results-oriented mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing, international environment
Must be able to use hands and fingers to type on a keyboard, use a laptop and other office equipment
Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, crouch, and squat
Must be able to properly express oneself, exchange information, communicate and converse with diverse cultures, races, and sexes
Must be able to use sight to detect, determine, perceive, observe, inspect, and assess situations
