Responsibilities
Act as the primary Delivery Lead for the vendor team
Oversee and supervise the work of the development team
Lead and facilitate team meetings
Provide technical direction for software development
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements for new software, platforms, and applications
Develop, maintain, implement, and enhance software solutions
Recommend, schedule, and execute software improvements and upgrades
Generate software and product effort estimations
Ensure compliance with quality and security standards and guidelines
Manage all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Provide hands‑on support for backend tools when required
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Tech Lead, supervising or guiding development teams
Experience working as a Fullstack Developer
Strong proficiency in Java and Python technologies
Hands‑on experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with multiple teams
English: Advanced (80–95%)
Preferred
Additional experience leading technical teams beyond core responsibilities
Advanced or in‑depth backend experience beyond core tools
Knowledge or skills related to technical support, system optimization, or continuous improvement
