This role involves developing and applying generative AI prompt solutions to enhance the quality and efficiency of Financial Crimes related processes and controls.

Responsibilities
Build, refine, and maintain AI prompt libraries to support FCRM holistic processes
Use prompt‑driven workflows to perform quality assurance
Integrate AI‑enabled checks into procedure updates, highlighting gaps, inconsistencies, or unclear requirements
Partner with analysts and leaders to embed prompt‑assisted workflows into day‑to‑day operations
Train team members on effective and responsible use of approved prompts
Qualification
Required

Experience in the financial services industry
Demonstrated expertise in designing and applying generative AI prompts to support operational or review processes within Financial Services
Strong technical writing, analytical, and documentation skills
Experience building prompt libraries or implementing AI driven QA processes
Familiarity with Financial Crimes, AML, Fraud, Sanctions, or related fields
