Responsibilities
Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for existing clients
Execute targeted marketing campaigns utilizing email, webinars, and mailings to engage with prospects
Proactively communicate new marketing, branding, and sales strategies to the client base
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
Develop a list of qualified leads through proactive outreach via warm and cold calling
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required by management
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in a sales role
Series 65 or Series 7 license
Pursuing CIMA or CFP certification or willing to obtain upon hire
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills, capable of articulating products and strategies effectively and responding to inquiries
Strong written communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and business correspondence
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional problem-solving abilities with acute attention to detail
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
Knowledge of investment products and understanding of financial planning, capital markets, and compliance
