Customer Service Representative
PS Seasoning is a company dedicated to creating flavorful blends while fostering a culture of support and teamwork. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Be the go-to point of contact for a wide range of customer questions, concerns, and happy moments
Team up with Outside Sales Reps to provide seamless support to key accounts
Field calls, respond to emails, and make follow-ups that keep our customers smiling
Enter sales orders like a pro in your assigned territory
Work hand-in-hand with our accounting team to resolve billing and invoicing issues
Share pricing updates with key customers and ensure everything’s accurate and up-to-date
Develop a solid understanding of our products to better assist (and upsell!) customers
Represent the PS brand with positivity and professionalism
Stay sharp on safety and good manufacturing practices
And yes… other exciting responsibilities as assigned!
Qualification
Required
High School diploma required
3–5 years of experience in customer service or sales
Excellent multitasker with a can-do attitude and a knack for staying organized
Microsoft Office wizard—especially in Word and Excel
A communication champ—both in person and online
Comfortable working independently and as part of a fun, focused team
You've got speed and accuracy when it comes to data entry
You're flexible, driven, and passionate about delivering results
Preferred
Associate's degree preferred
Experience in food manufacturing is a bonus
