Lead Manufacturing Engineer
Critical Loop is shaping the next generation of energy systems by building integrated edge grids. They are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead the organization of the production line and develop the production quality management system to enhance capacity and compliance.

Responsibilities
Develops manufacturing processes for new product introduction
Works hands-on on the factory floor, to implement processes and resolve production issues
Leads the optimization of manufacturing processes to keep overhead low and reduce production timelines
Owns the development, certification, and maintenance of the Quality Management System, lead author for new quality system documentation
Plans and coordinates audits for ISO9001 and UL factory certification
Contributes to new product development by providing certification and compliance methods
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years with manufacturing operations in an ISO-certified quality management system
Experience with multiple ISO9001 audits, specifically in planning internal audits and participating in external audits
Strong skills in collaboration tools (Confluence, Jira) and developing automated workflows
Manufacturing experience with high-power electrical components and machinery, such as power electronics, battery systems, industrial equipment, automated controls
BS in mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, or similar engineering
Preferred
Experience in a management or leadership role, making hiring and staffing decisions
Knowledge of UL 9540, NFPA, NEC, and other Battery Energy Storage requirements
Strong understanding of ISO, TUV, and UL certification and auditing practices
