Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple IT projects for the large, enterprise environment, primarily related to infrastructure upgrades and migrations
Lead 2-3 initiatives by building project plans, budget/resource allocations and financial models related to these projects
Showcase financial expertise while evaluating related Capex vs Opex aspects and communicate these items to executive leadership
Own executive level communications for any aspects related to your project portfolio and stay highly engaged with both technology and business stakeholders
Additional tasks will include project documentation, data analysis/reporting, and removing bottlenecks to drive projects successfully through completion

Required

10+ years experience in enterprise IT project management
Strong experience owning executive communications and stakeholder management
Well versed in infrastructure/ network/ data center projects related to migrations/ upgrades
Well versed on project financials- Building project budgets, resource plans, forecasting, financial tracking, timelines, etc
Strong understanding of Capex vs. Opex related to enterprise IT projects
Experience with project management tools- ADO, ServiceNow SPM
Strong experience with various methodologies including Agile (Kanban/ Safe/ Scrum, etc.), waterfall and hybrid
Expert PowerPoint and Excel skills for executive reporting and presentations

Preferred

PMP
Transportation/ Supply chain or logistics industry knowledge
