JLL is currently seeking a Summer Intern in Facilities Management to join their team. In this role, you will learn process improvement techniques and assist in various facilities management tasks while gaining operational insight and management skills.

Responsibilities

Enhance operational processes: Assist in building and validating improvements for the facilities playbook
Develop quality assurance protocols: Support the creation of quality assurance measures for the Facilities team and participate in building quality audits
Create documentation: Develop and edit Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents for internal teams using Google Suite
Engage in data visualization: Develop dashboards and collaborate with operational teams to implement their use effectively
Support facilities assessment: Assist with facility condition assessments, maintenance job plans, and facilities administration tasks
Learn management skills: Coordinate and develop skills in vendor management, work order management, and client relationship management
Gain operational insight: Shadow and collaborate with day-to-day operations and other facilities pillar partnerships

Required

Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field, with 2-3 years completed
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Google Suite and data visualization tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Basic understanding of facilities management principles
Permanent US work authorization required

Preferred

Familiarity with quality assurance processes
Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies
Knowledge of vendor management and client relationship practices
